Smartphone Superstore sells:

 

  • New devices

  • Refurbished / renewed smartphones

  • Smartwatches

  • Tablets

  • Accessories and related technology products

 


 

Refurbished Devices

 


Refurbished devices may show minor cosmetic signs of use unless otherwise stated.


All refurbished devices are:

 

  • Professionally tested

  • Functionally verified

  • Securely data wiped

  • Checked against UK blacklist databases

  • Graded according to our published grading criteria

 


Battery health may vary depending on model and grade unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

 

 

5. Certification & Testing

 


Where specified, devices are certified and tested using professional diagnostic software. Certification confirms:

 

  • Full hardware functionality testing

  • Secure data erasure

  • IMEI / serial verification

  • Identification of original components (where supported by manufacturer systems)

 


Certification does not constitute a manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.

 

 

 

6. Pricing & Payment

 


All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.


We reserve the right to:

 

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing

  • Change prices without prior notice

 


Payment must be received in full before dispatch.


We accept payment via Shopify-supported payment providers.

 

 

 

7. Orders

 


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

 

  • Suspected fraud

  • Stock availability errors

  • Pricing errors

  • Bulk purchasing where consumer pricing applies

 


You will be notified if your order is cancelled.

 

 

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

 


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.


We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

9. 30-Day Returns Policy

 


If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period.


In addition, Smartphone Superstore offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.


To qualify for a return:

 

  • The device must not be physically damaged

  • All personal accounts (iCloud / Google / Samsung) must be removed

  • The IMEI / serial number must match the original sale

  • The device must not be blacklisted after purchase

 


We reserve the right to deduct value where goods are returned in a diminished condition.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

 

10. Warranty

 


Unless otherwise stated, devices include a warranty as specified on the product page.


The warranty covers:

 

  • Mechanical faults

  • Electrical faults not caused by accidental damage

 


The warranty does not cover:

 

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Cracked screens

  • Battery degradation due to normal usage

  • Software issues caused by user modification

  • Unauthorised repairs

 


Warranty claims must follow our returns procedure.


This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

 

 

11. Business (B2B) Purchases

 


Where goods are purchased by a business:

 

  • Consumer cancellation rights do not apply

  • Returns are discretionary

  • Warranty terms may differ

  • Restocking fees may apply

 


Risk and title transfer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

12. Network & Compatibility

  • Devices are supplied unlocked

  • Devices are not tied to any network contract

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
