We want you to love your device. If it’s not right for you, returning it is simple.
30-Day No-Quibble Returns
Every purchase from Smartphone Superstore comes with a 30-day no-quibble return period.
If you change your mind, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no unnecessary questions.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, your item must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Be in the same condition as received

Include all original packaging, accessories, cables and documentation

Be free from user data, accounts, PINs or activation locks

Have all personal accounts fully removed
For devices, this means:

Apple ID / iCloud removed

Google account removed
-
“Find My” disabled
-
Factory reset completed
-
SIM and memory cards removed
Devices returned with active accounts or security locks cannot be processed until removed.
If an item is returned in a different condition, missing components, or shows signs of misuse or damage beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may be applied or the return declined.
How to Return an Item

We will provide return instructions.

Package the item securely, including all original contents.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval (bank processing times may vary).
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
12-Month Warranty — Included
Every device purchased from Smartphone Superstore includes a 12-month warranty as standard.
This covers manufacturing faults and hardware defects under normal use.
You also have the option to extend your warranty to 24 months for additional peace of mind at the time of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Liquid damage
-
Cosmetic wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund promptly.
